Managing The Difficult Interaction As A Risk Management Tool
Cooperative of American Physicians (CAP) is sponsoring a must see seminar. Daniel O'Connell, PhD, is a clinical instructor for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Washington Medical School. In addition, he provides training, coaching and consultation services in health care professional service organizations, as well as universities and industry. In this capacity, he focuses on communication, leadership, human services personnel issues, team development, patient satisfaction improvement, and personal development of service providers and managers. Dr. O’Connell is a faculty member at the Foundation for Medical Excellence in Portland, Oregon. He develops and conducts trainings for health care providers to enhance communication skills with patients.
