Directory Proof Update

Dear OCMA Member

Welcome to the Orange County Medical Association's online Directory Proof page. As you know, we request profile updates once a year to get ready for our hard-copy directory publication. To simplify the process, we are using this online format to update all of our member information. This system will enable us to import your information back into our database electronically and reduce data entry errors.

VERIFY YOUR INFORMATION

• Review all fields on this page carefully to check that the information is accurate.
• Add any changes directly on this page and select the appropriate box at the bottom to submit or cancel your changes. Once you save these changes, our system will be updated.
• Please be sure to correct or add your E-mail address for direct communication. We will use it only for sending important information and will not share it with other entities.
• If your Board certification has been updated, please submit a current copy of your Board certificate(s). You may fax your updated certificate(s) to Holly at (714) 978-6039.

PHOTO

• For those members who have not submitted a photo to be published in the directory or have not updated your photo within the last five years, we encourage you to submit your photo to us.
• You may E-mail your photo to Holly at happelbaum@ocma.org, according to the following specifications: print quality JPEG or PDF format, at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).


To find out if your picture meets these criteria, save your picture as a JPEG or PDF file. Next, right click the picture file and scroll down to "Properties". Click on "Summary" from dialogue box that opens, and then click "Advanced". This dialogue box will show you your image specifications, including the dpi.


• Alternatively, OCMA has engaged the services of RCL Portrait Design to photograph our members for the OCMA membership directory. A representative from RCL Portrait Design will contact you to set up an appointment to have your photograph taken. There is no cost to you, unless you choose to purchase additional photos beyond the one for the OCMA membership directory.

If you find you would like to review or update your information again, simply repeat the login process. Please review and update your online profile by July 25, 2008.
