However, the risk of an Ebola outbreak in the United States remains low. Health care providers should remember to obtain a travel history for any patients with febrile illness, and be familiar with Ebola's clinical presentation and infection control requirements. Any suspect cases meeting the clinical and epidemiologic criteria for EVD should be reported immediately to Orange County Public Health Epidemiology at 714-834-8180.
