Sponsored by IMQ and the PACE Program at UC San Diego, Stepping Up to Leadership is an interactive training course that helps physicians learn best practices and creative approaches for resolving common problems encountered as a medical staff officer or department or committee chair. Through small-group interactive teaching modalities, the course gives both experienced and new physician leaders the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills, and to learn the tools and techniques that are essential to effectively lead a medical staff.
