Proposed Bylaws Amendment February 12, 2019 Alert, General Proposed Bylaws Amendment 0 The OCMA Board of Directors approved the following bylaws amendment to present to the general membership for adoption. The proposed change (highlighted in yellow) provides the opportunity for one additional board seat in the special interest classification for an entity with 250 or more members. Currently, a special interest classification with 100 members or more is entitled to one board seat and the proposed change does not affect that. One of the main goals for the amendment is to encourage large medical groups and other entities to increase their membership numbers with CMA/OCMA.
